Terms of Use

This is an auction for vinyl on selected keys and palm rests of a personal 14-inch MacBook Pro. Return and the arrow keys stay stock. The clock ends 20 September 2026 at 18:00 (Paris time), unless we post a change on this site.

Highest paid bid on each spot holds it until someone legally outbids them, the bid is refused, or the clock ends. Holding a key is not the same as winning until the auction closes.

A first bid may equal the floor price for that spot. To outbid, you must beat the current bid by $10 or 10%, whichever is higher. Amounts are in US dollars.

Stripe charges a 20% deposit when you bid (minimum $10). That deposit is refunded if you are outbid, if we refuse the artwork, or if the payment is reversed. If you still hold the spot when the clock ends, the remaining 80% is due by invoice. Vinyl is printed only if you win.

A thank-you screen is not confirmation. The bid is live when Stripe reports the deposit as paid and we record it.

You must have the right to use the name, logo, and site you submit. Marks stay off the public keyboard until they are approved by hand. We can refuse a bid (and refund the deposit) if the artwork is misleading, unlawful, hateful, or something we are not willing to carry.

Approved marks may appear on this site and on the physical laptop for as long as that placement lasts. You grant us a licence to display them for the auction and the vinyl.

We email the address on your bid for payment receipts and outbid notices. Keep that inbox reachable. Missing an outbid email does not reverse a later paid bid.

The site is provided as-is. We try to keep bidding, refunds, and email working, but we are not liable for outages, Stripe delays, or lost profits beyond the deposit we actually charged you. Nothing here is investment, tax, or legal advice.
